Invoices, Letters, Data Backups, and Batch Reports may all be emailed directly from Syrasoft Management Software using the Syrasoft Email Software.  Tenants can be earmarked in the software to receive invoices and letters via email instead of hard copy, saving businesses time, paper, and postage costs associated with sending hard copies.  Property Managers can send Data Backups and Report Batches to home/main offices, accountants, and owner laptops.  The email capability in Syrasoft Management Software requires SMTP, a protocol for sending email.  Understanding whether the business Internet Service Provider has the capability to support SMTP and knowing the name of the SMTP server that the business email service uses is necessary to configure Syrasoft for the Email Software capability.
