The Syrasoft Kiosk Interface software interfaces with the OpenTech Alliance Insomniac (see our links page) kiosk allowing customers/tenants to make payments, reserve and rent units, purchase insurance and locks, sign up for automatic credit card payment all without the use of an onsite property manager. The Insomniac kiosk electronically transfers all customer information and financial transactions to the Syrasoft software, ensuring real time financial processing and operational reporting.
