Syrasoft interfaces with several access control manufacturers' software so tenant and unit information can be shared seamlessly between the Syrasoft Self Storage Management System and the access control software. This allows the software to complete funtions like automatic tenant lock out and automatic tenant reinstatement. 

Current tenant account status information is transferred from the Syrasoft Self Storage Management System to the access control software, ensuring that tenants who have not paid rent on time will be denied access at the entrance gate or keypad according to user defined parameters entered into Syrasoft’s Management Software. When delinquent tenants pay rent, their status is updated to grant them access at the gate. 

Syrasoft can also share information about whether the tenant is granted access to the property during normal business hours or is granted access beyond normal business hours, if the property chooses to offer extended hours access to tenants.
