Access Control Interface -Automatic Lockout & Reinstatement

  • Syrasoft interfaces with several access control manufacturers’ software so tenant and unit information is passed from Syrasoft to the access control software for tenant automatic lock out and automatic reinstatement.  Current tenant account status is transferred from Syrasoft to the access control software, insuring that tenants who have not paid rent on time will be denied access at the entrance gate and/or keypad according to user defined parameters entered into Syrasoft’s Management Software.  When delinquent tenants pay rent; their status is updated to grant them access at the gate.  Syrasoft also passes whether the tenant is granted access to the property during normal business hours or is granted access beyond normal business hours, if the property chooses to offer extended hours access to tenants.Syrasoft Management Systems integrates with the following Access Control Hardware & Software Manufacturers.
