The Lease Management feature allows users to manage various styles of one-time or renewable lease agreements with tenants. Your company may create up to ten custom lease agreements. Each lease style will have a specific term, document, one time and/or recurring rent adjustment settings, and lease number. The calculation of each lease style’s term and expiration date, notification dates, rent rate adjustments, and rent increase notification letters are handled automatically by the program.
