- What is the difference between Statements and Invoices?
- Invoices show the items that have not been paid, as well as project the next month's worth of rent so you may send out the invoices prior to the due date.
- Statements show a record of billing and payment activity since the last statement was printed for the tenant in question. Statements are being discontinued and will no longer be available in version 8.
- Can I use any credit card processor with Syrasoft?
- Syrasoft interfaces with the PC Charge software from Verifone which supports a wide range of processors.
- Do I have to pay for updates?
- All clients will receive free upgrades for as long as they are on a support plan.
- Can I run a copy of the program at home to oversee the operation?
- Yes. This behavior is encouraged and seen widely through the industry. This is just one of many possibilities when looking at connectivity between the site and home/main office.
