Training

Syrasoft supplies many avenues of training/education for our software.

Block of Instructional Technical Support (BITS): Our technicians can connect to your computer and go through the desired topics in 2-hour blocks of time.

Syrasoft Office: You may schedule a visit to our office in the Syracuse, NY area to sit with our technicians "one-on-one" and review the software.

On-Site Training: A Technical Support representative will travel to your facility and review the software with you in the comfort of your own location.

User-Manual: A User Manual is included with your welcome package, and is also available online in our downloads section.
