Customer Service / Technical Support
We are currently interviewing highly motivated individuals to round out staff supporting new product and platform introductions. These are Entry Level position(s) with fantastic growth potential with Syrasoft, one Syracuse’s most active tech startups.
JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support to users of proprietary Windows, Web based and Mobile software by answering phone-calls, researching and responding to questions; troubleshooting problems and resolving issues (WE WILL TRAIN).
Provide internal support to sales function including demonstrating software to clients for the purpose of training.
Other duties as required.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
PC Proficiency (Windows).
Previous Help Desk , System Admin or LAN experience a big plus!
