Legally binding, electronic signatures are now part and parcel of every Syrasoft product, Version 9 and higher. Thanks to integration with DocuSign the documents are kept safe in their secure cloud and are available for viewing from within Syrasoft’s products.
How it works
Once you have an account set up with DocuSign the process to issue documents for electronic signature could not be simpler.
1.Select the DocuSign-enabled document from the list of options.
2. Select DocuSign from the Other menu.
3. Receive the confirmation that the document has been sent.
4. Await confirmation of their signature through the Syrasoft Contact Log.
Once signed the document will be accessible to view or print from within the Contact Log simply by clicking.
