With Syrasoft Connect’s MobileManager® for iOS your staff is now capable of accepting payments anywhere, anytime right from their mobile device.
To start taking payments simply log into the MobileManager® using your existing Syrasoft Connect credentials and tap on the Payments option highlighted here.

Once the Payment option is selected The Existing Tenant Search screen will load asking for information about the tenant you wish to accept payments for.
You may enter any of the following to produce a list of tenants who match these criteria:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Unit Number
Tap Search to search your realtime Syrasoft Connect records.

If any of the criteria entered in the previous step match more than one tenant all potential tenants you could be searching for will be listed and made available to select.
Find the tenant you want to accept a payment from and tap their record.

Once the tenant payment screen loads select the Payment Type you wish to accept. The payment types displayed will reflect those that are set up in the during the initial configuration of Connect.
If you are accepting check or cash payments once you’ve selected the payment type enter the payment amount and tap Pay to commit the payment to Connect.

If you are attempting to accept a credit card payment through the MobileManager® in iOS selecting any of the credit card options from the Payment Type selector will reveal the Scan Card button. Tap Scan Card to proceed.

Line up the card inside the red guides on the Scan Card option or select Enter Manually to input the credit card information.

Once the information has been entered into the MobileManager® you will be returned to the Payments screen. Tapping Pay will run the credit card and commit the payment to the account in question.
